Looks innocent enough, £595 per month for a 1 bed with garden, nice area (near the lido in Clifton, Bristol). DON’T RENT THIS HOUSE!!! When we walked in there was a stench of damp, the flat was disgusting not anything like the description…the agent proceeds to say the landlord is going to fix some things…WHAT!?! Not even if he fixed the whole flat top to bottom I would want it…HOW DARE THEY think they can get away with charging almost £600 where you feel like you are getting some lung disease…I am sick and tired of estate agents and their lies…I feel i should do more to change this situation than just rant on a blog…maybe I will, but for today I am content with the fact that I shouted at an estate agent and told him the flat and price was a joke…i left the flat before he could open the (almost likely) rat infested garden…
